FPV Air Track

This is an arcade mission designed to test and consolidate basic piloting skills in FPV flight. Two modes are available: Novice and Experienced.

Description

FPV Air Track is an arcade mission for exercising the basic maneuvers. Seasoned pilots can use it to test their FPV flying skills to find out what could be improved in simulated flight.

The mission is an air track with a yellow line marking the path. The mission has two modes:

Flight corridor enforced.
This mode is for experienced pilots who are sure they can avoid colliding the "walls" around the flight corridor.

Flight corridor not enforced.
This mode is for novice pilots that are only practicing newly acquired skills. It allows leaving the airway to return back to it later.

Test for Pilots

A novice will see in this mission how important it is to follow the route; an experienced pilot will see what they do well or not-so-well in manual FPV flight.

For Novices and Seasoned Pilots

Before the mission begins, the pilot can choose whether they want the air corridor enforced. This indirectly affects the complexity of the track.

Manual Flight

The mission is designed for manual flight, which could be critical for future professional piloting.
